We are honored that David Schwindt has volunteered his time to benefit the NMAL.
We have asked him to speak and demonstrate on a topic that challenges all artists: "Controlling Color in Western Landscapes," so it will be not just a demonstration, but an opportunity to learn.

David's honors and achievements are too long to list on one page, but relevant to his demonstration topic, he himself has studied with: Wilson Hurley, Clyde Aspevig, Zhang Wenxin, Jack Hines, and George Strickland.

New Mexico Art League Master Talks provide the opportunity to listen and watch master artists discuss and demonstrate their art while supporting the league through your donation.

Master artists donate their time for the Master Talk and all admission fees are devoted to improving the facilities and teaching curriculum of the NMAL. Each master artist is successful and respected in his or her field and these events are enjoyed by fellow artists and art lovers alike.

Donations for attending Master Talks are $20 for members of NMAL and $25 for nonmembers.
