The
NMAL White Elephant Sale is always great fun and loaded with treasures
donated by the New Mexico art community!
The
sale is held each year in September.
The 2008 sale was fun for the community and its proceeds will help
fund basic improvements in the League building and facilities. Thank
you to all who donated items for sale, and to the hardworking NMAL
volunteers who made the sale a success.
Special
thanks to NMAL Master Artist, Howard Wexler, who donated canvases
from a Paris Artists' Co-op Gallery of the 1960s, making the 2008
sale exciting and fun.

Through
a donation from Maloy
Mobile Storage we have a secure storage container on site
to collect items for the sale year-round.
Your
donation items for the sale can be dropped off at the NMAL any Friday
during "Full Figure Fridays,"
or on the first Saturday of the month from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
To be sure there are no changes in schedule, please call the League
at 293-5034 to confirm your drop-off. Or call Maria Cole at 298-3445
to make arrangements.
Volunteer
for the sale! - It's fun! Beginning in August, up through the
sale we need volunteers to help sort and label items and participate
during the sale. Contact the League for information.
